About

Mike Davis, President and Owner, has built a strong referral base due to his commitment of turning each house into a home for his clients.

Interactive House Building?

Mike Davis likens it to the old tradition of barn raising, an event during which a community comes together to assemble the barn. Only in this case, instead of a barn, it's a multimillion-dollar home with cathedral ceilings, elaborate moldings, and custom designed stone fireplaces. His communal approach begins right up front with a good budget, broken down by trade and complete with line item prices. "Nothing is hidden," says Mike. "It's all their money." On occasion, when the budget is a little high, we might adjust the overhead and profit. Mike then encourage the owner to take the next step in establishing mutual effort.

But the field is where Mike Davis' interactive house building gets truly innovative. That's where we put the owner on the project instead of a superintendent. Before ground breaks, Mike Davis tells the owner, 'I want you to be interactive and I want you and me to be involved together in this." Then Mike Davis introduces everybody, putting the clients on a first-name basis with his crew chiefs and his subcontractors.

"Who's the best superintendent? The Owner, I make it interactive House Building and they love it!!!" - Mike Davis
